1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Noosaga, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Noosaga for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Service Description

Noosaga is an educational atlas for seeing the structure of knowledge: categories, disciplines, subfields, frameworks, concept maps, articles, Pathfinder maps, saved roadmaps, PaperGuide, Literature Survey, Genealogy, Document Classifier, Draft Review, Noosaga Commons, and related review tools. It is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. AI-Assisted Content and Transparency

Noosaga uses AI systems to draft, route, classify, summarize, critique, and organize content. When you use Pathfinder, saved roadmaps, PaperGuide, Literature Survey, Genealogy, Document Classifier, Draft Review, atlas generation, Atlas Review, or Noosaga Commons, you may be interacting with AI-assisted systems and receiving AI-assisted text.

Real-time AI outputs are automated unless the interface states otherwise. Atlas content may be improved through source checks, deterministic validation, reviewer agents, and human correction paths, but it remains an educational map rather than a final authority. 4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend, restrict, or remove access if we reasonably believe an account is being used to abuse the service, evade rate limits, compromise security, violate law, or violate these Terms.

5. User Submissions and Processing License

You retain rights in content you submit. By submitting questions, prompts, documents, drafts, feedback, source suggestions, forum replies, or other content, you grant Noosaga a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, transform, display, and create outputs from that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, moderate, debug, and improve Noosaga and the feature you requested.

You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit the content. Do not submit confidential third-party material, regulated personal data, or copyrighted material unless you are authorized to do so and the submission is lawful.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with operation, scrape or overload endpoints, bypass rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit malware, credentials, secrets, private keys, exploit payloads, or material designed to compromise systems.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential third-party data unless you have authority and a lawful basis.
• Do not use Noosaga to harass, defame, impersonate, deceive, spam, infringe rights, or break applicable law.
• Do not remove AI-disclosure, source, safety, or provenance notices from Noosaga outputs when sharing them in a context where disclosure is legally or ethically required.

7. AI Act and High-Impact Use Restrictions

Noosaga is not designed, validated, or authorized for high-impact decision-making about people. You must not use Noosaga outputs as the basis for decisions in education admissions or grading, employment, worker management, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, immigration, law enforcement, criminal justice, biometric identification, emotion recognition, social scoring, access to essential public or private services, or any other context where an error could materially affect a person's rights, safety, opportunities, or legal position.

You must not use Noosaga to build, operate, test, or deploy prohibited AI practices or regulated high-risk systems without your own lawful basis, compliance program, risk assessment, human oversight, documentation, and required approvals. Noosaga is a study and mapping tool, not a compliance-certified AI system for regulated deployment.

8. Public Content and Review Areas

Some areas, including Noosaga Commons, Atlas Review/forum threads, source suggestions after review, and public feedback workflows, may create visible content, votes, reports, or moderation records. Commons is text-only in its initial version; do not try to post images, private data, sensitive data, confidential material, or identifying information that should not be public. We may edit, remove, reject, anonymize, lock, or retain public-review content to moderate abuse, preserve discussion history, protect legal rights, or comply with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Noosaga service, branding, original site content, interface, code, and compiled atlas presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party sources, papers, metadata, excerpts, and reference works remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for checking source licenses and citation requirements before reusing third-party material.

10. Changes and Availability

We may update, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim for high availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, persistent availability of beta features, or continued compatibility with every generated output.

11. Disclaimer and Liability

Noosaga is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. AI-assisted content can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or wrong. Noosaga does not provide legal, medical, financial, engineering, safety, tax, mental-health, or other professional advice. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable EU, Member State, UK, consumer, or data protection law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable where the controller is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
